Basis Technologies, Fired Worker Settle Suit Over DEI Complaints

Basis Global Technologies Inc. and a former employee agreed to end his suit alleging he was fired after complaining that mandatory diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings went against his Christian beliefs.

Kyle Pumariega and Basis agreed to dismiss the suit with prejudice in a May 16 filing in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, after notifying the court of a settlement agreement.
