Massachusetts bar regulators have signed off on a written reprimand for the former Boston US Attorney who resigned after twin federal ethics investigations cited her for attempting to influence a local election by leaking a confidential document.
The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers voted on Oct. 14 to discipline Rachael S. Rollins with a written reprimand, a punishment she recommended to the profession’s administrative body in June, according to documents provided by Rollins’ attorney. Three members of the board dissented from the decision, saying the discipline was too lenient.
