BAE Systems’ $6.3 Million Wage Class Action Deal Gets First Nod

BAE Systems’ agreement to pay $6.3 million to settle a Fair Labor Standards Act class action by workers at its San Diego ship repair shop was preliminarily approved by a federal judge.
