Former Babcock & Brown employees must face a lawsuit by BBAM Aircraft Management LP who says they formed a competing company and are infringing on its trademarks, a Connecticut federal court ruled.
BBAM showed that the competitor’s use of the Babcock & Brown marks will likely create consumer confusion, according to the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. Michael Morgan, a former executive at BBAM’s predecessor company , co-founded Burnham Sterling & Co. and later formed Babcock & Brown LLC.
