AXS Group LLC, a ticketing platform, accused a handful of companies of counterfeiting its primary sale event tickets and infringing its trademarks and copyrights in the process, in a new complaint.
Internet Referral Services LLC, Event Tickets Center Inc., Verified-Ticket.com, Amosa.App, and Secure.Tickets allegedly sell counterfeits of tickets sold on the AXS app and use the company’s trademarks to make the fake tickets look legitimate, the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Central District of California says.
