Central Garden & Pet Co., its subsidiaries, and consumers told a federal court they’d reached a settlement that will resolve claims the pet food makers falsely advertised the AvoDerm line of pet food.
Judge Jon S. Tigar of the US District Court for the Northern District of California dismissed the proposed class action Wednesday.
