Attorney Must Explain ‘Non-Existent’ Citation in F-1 Visa Suit

An attorney must show a district court why she shouldn’t be sanctioned for including a “seemingly non-existent” case citation in a filing in a now-closed suit over a student’s F-1 visa status, according to a federal court docket Tuesday.
