Invoca Inc. must face a proposed class action alleging its AI-powered technology recorded and analyzed
The plaintiffs sufficiently alleged that Invoca was a third party using the customer calls for its own purposes, rather than a mere agent of AT&T, Judge Hernán D. Vera of the US District Court for the Central District of California said Monday.
That was enough to state CIPA claims against the “conversation intelligence” software company, Vera said.
