The Arizona Board of Regents failed to shake off an assistant athletic director’s civil rights claims alleging he was fired for reporting that an athletics booster sexually harassed three women, including his wife, at ASU basketball games.
David Cohen may proceed with his federal retaliation claims against the board under Title VII and Title IX, the US District Court for the District of Arizona ruled Tuesday.
