Ashley Furniture has been sued for sex discrimination by a man who says he was harassed after his sexual orientation became known.

Cory Stacherski sued Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC on Thursday in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He alleges sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
