Asetek Gets Dismissal of Computer Cooling Patent Litigation

Asetek Danmark A/S has ended a patent infringement lawsuit over computer cooling systems.

The maker of liquid cooling components for high end computers sued Shenzhen Apaltek in the US District Court for the Northern District of California alleging that it infringed several patents related to pumping and heat removal. After losing a similar case last year, Asetek moved to dismiss the suit and provided Apaltek with a covenant not to sue on those patents.
