Software maker Asana Inc. unlawfully denied nonprofit Holy Sexuality a product discount because of the Christian group’s religious beliefs, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday.
Holy Sexuality, a Texas-based organization that say it teaches biblical principles on sexuality, filed its complaint in the US District Court for the Southern District of California, saying Asana violated a California law against religious discrimination.
