Arkansas Law Firm, Partner Win Appeal Over Two-Year Sanction

An employment law firm and its managing partner won their appeal in the Eighth Circuit to overturn sanctions that would have prevented them from participating in any Fair Labor Standards Act case in the lower court for two years.
