ArentFox Schiff Taps Megan Gajewski Barnhill as Trade Partner

Megan Gajewski Barnhill joined ArentFox Schiff as a partner in its international trade & investment practice in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.

Barnhill counsels foreign and domestic clients on regulatory issues involved with international trade, including US export controls, economic sanctions, compliance with antiboycott regulations, and registration and reporting obligations under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. She assists with developing compliance programs, conducting audits and due diligence reviews, drafting license applications, and preparing voluntary disclosures, the firm said.
