Arconic Beats Christian Worker Bias Appeal Over Rainbow Comment

Arconic Inc. was properly granted a win in a bias lawsuit by a Christian employee fired after posting his objection to the use of a rainbow to promote Pride Month on a company intranet, the Eighth Circuit ruled Wednesday.

The former Iowa plant worker said he only intended to provide private feedback on an Arconic survey asking how the company could be improved and mistakenly posted it where other employees could see it.
