Aramark Gets Final Nod to Settle Line Workers’ Unpaid Wages Suit

Aramark Services Inc. will pay $460,000 to end workers’ claims they were owed wages under a settlement a federal judge approved Friday.

Judge Richard Seeborg with the US District Court for the Northern District of California also approved $138,000 in attorneys’ fees and $11,985 in costs to litigate the case against the food, facilities, and uniform services provider. The average individual gross amount workers will receive is $282 and the highest $1,348, plaintiffs’ counsel said.
