A pair of Arkansas students aren’t likely to succeed on their First Amendment claim challenging a state law that prohibits classroom instruction about Critical Race Theory, a federal appeals court said.
The US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit vacated a preliminary injunction blocking the law and remanded proceedings to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, according to an opinion Wednesday.
