AP Photographer Injured at Chicago Cubs Game Escapes Arbitration

A Chicago-based Associated Press photographer will get the chance to sue the Chicago Cubs for injuries sustained while photographing a baseball game at famed Wrigley Field, an Illinois appellate court held Tuesday.

A lower court held that Charles Arbogast is required to settle the dispute through arbitration, but on Tuesday the Illinois Court of Appeals, First District reversed that decision. The case was sent back to the trial court where Arbogast can litigate his dispute.
