Anoxia Medical Inc. and Alembic LLC, both of which make medical catheters, have agreed to stop their patent infringement court fight as they attempt to finalize a settlement in the case.
Judge Eumi K. Lee of the US District Court for the District of Northern California stayed all deadlines in the case for 30 days in a Thursday order, after Anoxia notified the court that the parties had made a deal to resolve their claims following a settlement conference the day before.
