Another Sanofi Taxotere Hair-Loss Case Dismissed as Too Late

Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC won dismissal of another hair-loss case involving the breast cancer drug Taxotere, as the Louisiana federal judge overseeing combined proceedings ruled the suit time-barred under Mississippi law.

Melissa Roach knew her hair wasn’t fully growing back more than three years before she sued, and wasn’t entitled to have the limitations period suspended, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana said May 21.
