Annie’s Inc. Bunny Fruit Snack Boxes Not Deceptively Large

A box of Annie’s Inc. organic Tropical Treat Bunny Fruit Snacks “makes no secret of its contents,” a Missouri federal court said in dismissing a proposed class suit alleging the package size made it look like more snacks would be inside.

Annie’s packages and sells the the bunny snacks in an opaque, cardboard box. Inside the box, the fruit snacks are packaged in five separate pouches. Joshua Bell alleged that the packaging appeared deceptively large because the five pouches inside took up space.
