Amtrak and a job applicant who says she lost out on a position due to a false positive test for cocaine caused by pregnancy-related blood pressure medication have resolved the matter, according to a court filing.
Rosemary Tourneur’s counsel said both parties have resolved the matter and requested the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania dismiss the case.
