A Florida man has voluntarily dropped a suit alleging Ambrosia Nutraceuticals LLC falsely marketed Planta Campfire S’Mores protein supplement as gluten-free, according to court filings.
Evan Musa filed a proposed class action in the US District Court for the Central District of California in July, alleging he and consumers like him pay a hefty premium for supposed “gluten-free” products, believing they’re safer and healthier than products that aren’t represented as having no gluten.
