Amazon Warehouse Associate Sues Over Disability, Religious Bias

Amazon.com Services LLC allegedly failed to provide reasonable accommodations to a warehouse associate for his disability and religious beliefs, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court in Kansas.

Charles Stinson III, a practicing Muslim, says he has suffered from nerve damage, a condition that substantially limited one or more major life activities, including performing manual tasks, lifting, bending, standing, walking, and others.
