Amazon Sued by Warehouse Worker Over Unpaid Covid-19 Screenings

Amazon.com allegedly violated Nevada wage rules by failing to pay thousands of warehouse workers across the state for time spent undergoing mandatory Covid-19 screenings before their shifts, according to a new lawsuit filed in federal court.

The proposed class action was brought by Dwight Malloy, who worked as an fulfillment center associate at an Amazon warehouse in North Las Vegas, on behalf of similarly situated employees in Nevada.
