Amazon, Fired Manager Agree to Settle Disability Bias Claims

Amazon.com Services LLC and an ex-area manager have agreed to dismiss a suit after settling the worker’s claims that the company fired her after denying accommodation requests following her brain tumor and epilepsy diagnoses.

Lawyers for Amazon and Saran Sailer filed a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice on Tuesday with the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana to permanently end her Americans with Disabilities Act suit.
