Several
NL Giken Inc.'s founder, Masahide Tanaka, alleged the company and three of its subsidiaries “have made extensive use” of his company’s patented technologies, in a complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
NL Giken seeks monetary damages and an injunction to address alleged past and ongoing infringement. Amazon didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
