Amazon Ex-Worker Who Let Child Into Facility Lacks Bias Proof

Amazon.com Services LLC won’t face a caregiver and military-status discrimination trial against an employee who was fired after bringing her seven-year-old child into her Staten Island facility, a federal judge ruled.

The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York’s decision Monday provides guidance on caregiver-status bias claims under the New York City Human Rights Law.
