Amazon Error on Covid’s End Means Race Bias Suit OK, Worker Says

A former employee suing Amazon.com Inc. for alleged classwide bias against Black and Hispanic fulfillment center workers in the provision of Covid-19 safety protections says in a Thursday filing to a New York federal judge the company jumped the gun in declaring the pandemic mostly over in its bid to moot the suit.
