Alterra Mountain Co.'s $17.5 million settlement of class allegations by skiers who bought “unlimited access” passes but were unable to ski after the slopes closed due to the Covid-19 outbreak has garnered final court approval.
Judge Raymond P. Moore of the US District Court for the District of Colorado granted the unopposed motion for final approval in a minute ruling following a fairness hearing Thursday.
