AllTrust Customers Dismiss Class Action Over 2024 Data Breach

Five customers of AllTrust Networks dropped their consolidated lawsuit alleging the check-processing company negligently failed to protect their personal information that was exposed in a 2024 data breach.

Judge Anthony J. Trenga of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia dismissed the lawsuit in an order entered on Monday, three days after the plaintiffs filed a notice of voluntary dismissal.
