Federal prosecutors in Pennsylvania filed an emergency motion to revoke the bail of accused fraudster Niranjan Savani after he allegedly threatened an Assistant US Attorney and her family in the presence of the pretrial services officer.
The motion says Savani told the PSO that he wanted to shoot Leslie Bonney and her family after the government informed him that it was objecting to his request to travel to India following the death of his father-in-law.
