Albertsons Won’t Get Details of Ex-Kroger CEO’s Personal Conduct

Kroger Co. won’t have to turn over documents and details regarding the personal conduct of the retail giant’s former CEO that led to his resignation in a case over the company’s failed merger with Albertsons Cos Inc.

The Delaware Court of Chancery Friday denied Albertons’ motion to force Kroger to turnover the documents, which detail conduct unrelated to the failed merger that led to CEO Rodney McMullen’s departure.
