Behavioral-health provider Akeela Inc. has reached a settlement with current and former patients over a 2023 data breach that exposed the personal data of more than 284,000 people.
The Alaska-based provider and the plaintiffs filed a joint notice of settlement and a request for a stay Monday in the US District Court for the District of Alaska.
