Ajamie LLP is entitled to $15 million for its work representing minority investors against AT&T Inc., Delaware’s Chancery Court said Monday, resolving the firm’s dispute with the investors over attorneys’ fees.
Ajamie’s fee-sharing arrangement with lead counsel, Michael A. Pullara, is unenforceable, the court said.
