GAT Airline Ground Support Inc. reached a deal to end a former employee’s lawsuit alleging she was discriminated and retaliated against when she returned from maternity leave.
Judge Nora Barry Fischer closed the case Thursday after the parties notified the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania that they reached a settlement. Plaintiff Madison Weaver claimed that when she returned from maternity leave her supervisors refused to provide her with breaks to pump breast milk, as well as other accommodations.
