Air Lease Investor Drops Lawsuit Over $7.4 Billion Acquisition

An Air Lease Corp. shareholder dropped his lawsuit seeking to hold up the company’s take-private deal until it provided more details about its financial projections and potential board conflicts of interest.

Investor Lincoln Sise told the US District Court for the Central District of California he was voluntarily dismissing his lawsuit Monday, the same day Air Lease released financial results for the third quarter of 2025.
