Artificial intelligence start ups backed by Saudi Aramcoand Sam Altman’s brother Jackare locked in a multi million dollar legal dispute over computing capacity that underpins AI technology.

The Altman-backed San Francisco Compute Co. sued Ori Industries 1 Ltd.alleging the British firm made “fraudulent misrepresentation” about the availability of tech resources and failed to honor a $41 million deal to provide processing power used to train large language models, according to a UK court filing.
