AI Chat Platform Founder Indicted For $60 Million Fraud Scheme

Founder of the business-focused AI chat platform GameOn Inc. and his wife, a lawyer who worked with the company, have been indicted by a federal grand jury for a yearslong investor fraud scheme.

Alexander Beckman, the former CEO of GameOn, which also goes by ON Platform, raised more than $60 million from investors during the a fraud scheme lasting from 2018 to 2024, according to the indictment unsealed Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
