An Oregon agricultural toolmaker convinced a federal judge to partially grant a temporary restraining order against a competitor.
Oregon Tool Inc. says Christopher Haefer, a former district manager for sales, sent himself two lists containing information about the company’s customer distributors’ sales and its salespeople’s financial performance just days before the manager took a role with its competitor IronCraft LLC. After Haefer left Oregon Tool, other employees and salespeople also left for IronCraft, the company says.
