A Delaware-based company infringed trademark by allegedly using another company’s name to market its hair restoration services, Advanced Hair Restoration LLC said in a new lawsuit.
Advanced Hair, a Washington-based hair restoration company, has asked the US District Court for the Western District of Washington to stop Bosley Inc. from continuing to use the alleged infringing mark and order the company to pay triple its profits, triple damages from the infringement, or statutory damages up to $2 million.
