A first-of-its-kind criminal trial of executives for an online ADHD drug company was pushed back to the fall, a federal judge ruled Wednesday, over the objection of the company’s founder who says the year-long delay violates her right to a speedy trial.
Judge Charles R. Breyer set a Sept. 23 trial date, saying it was the last time he would agree to a delay.
