Adeia, Advanced Micro Devices Settle Patent Infringement Dispute

Adeia Semiconductor Bonding Technologies Inc. resolved two suits alleging that chipmaker Advanced Micro Devices Inc. infringed its patents with products including the Ryzen desktop processors and Instinct accelerator product lines.

Judge David Counts of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas issued orders March 10 dismissing the suits Adeia filed in November 2025.
