A contract manager with Ad Hoc LLC, a digital services government contractor, can continue her gender bias lawsuit claiming the company has paid her less than two male colleagues with similar responsibilities.

Barati Almas should have an opportunity to prove her contention that she and her colleagues had “substantially similar” jobs before deciding whether to reject her claims, Judge Reggie B. Walton of the US District Court for the District of Columbia said in a Tuesday order denying Ad Hoc’s motion to dismiss.
