Acting Architect of Capitol Must Face Execs’ Sex, Age Bias Suit

The acting Architect of the Capitol must face claims from four former male senior executives who allege they were terminated based on their sex, age, and veteran status.

The former employees plausibly alleged sex, age, and veteran discrimination after they were fired by the acting Architect of the Capitol, Chere Rexroat, Judge Trevor McFadden of the US District Court for the District of Columbia ruled on Wednesday. The judge didn’t allow a racial discrimination claim to move forward, finding it hadn’t been “plausibly pled.”
