A former regional vice president of account management at Seismic Software Inc. is suing the software solutions company alleging race discrimination, and retaliation, ultimately culminating in his termination.
Errol McKenzie Jr., a Black male, claims that despite his successful performance and promotion at Seismic, he faced persistent racial discrimination, including exclusion from leadership meetings, heightened scrutiny, and disparate treatment compared to non-Black employees, according to his complaint filed Jan. 31 in the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
