ACA Preventive Care Guidance Must Be Revived, HHS Says (Correct)

A Texas federal judge had no basis for a decision that undercuts access to preventive health-care services for 150 million Americans, US Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra told the Fifth Circuit.

Becerra is appealing a decision blocking the agency from enforcing recommendations made by a task force designated to determine which services ought to be covered cost-free by health insurers under a provision of the Affordable Care Act.
