Absopure Delivery Driver Gets Partial Early Win in Overtime Case

Absopure Water Co. failed to conclusively show a federal wage law exemption blocks a former Michigan delivery driver’s overtime claims, and the worker established that he’s owed additional damages for any violation that did occur.

Justin Guy, who hopes to represent a collective of similar workers, made in-state deliveries for Absopure of out-of-state products such as Starbucks coffee and Mountain Valley water.
