Abortion Foes Must Defend Crashing Rights Group’s Gathering

The pro-abortion group National Abortion Federation got the okay from a federal court to proceed with its lawsuit alleging the anti-abortion Center for Medical Progress misrepresented itself to gain information it could use to discredit the NAF.

The CMP is the same group that publicized video recordings of Planned Parenthood affiliates allegedly admitting to performing abortions so they could obtain fetal tissue to sell to researchers. The Planned Parenthood Federation of America has said the videos were misleading, presented statements out of context, and have been discredited.
