ABC Legal Ex-Worker Gets Retaliation Claims Revived on Appeal

An ex-ABC Legal Services employee got a second shot at claims the company retaliated against her for complaining about anti-white and anti-Russian discrimination in the office.

The US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on Friday vacated the district court’s decision tossing Anya Weatherly’s retaliation claims in a per curiam opinion from Judges Robin S. Rosenbaum, Kevin C. Newsom, and R. Lanier Anderson III.
